Once a month we bring you fresh bed linens. This service is included in all our rooms and apartments. We can gladly make a special exception to the frequency fo linen-changes.

For tenants who do not have the possibility to bring crockery, we offer a kitchen starter package for sale. Kitchen packages are getting sold in the following properties: Brunnenstraße, Keithstraße, Ernst-Reuter-Haus, Walter-May-Haus and Hanielweg.

The kitchen starter package includes:

Cutlery set 2 pcs. each. (knife, fork, tablespoon, teaspoon), kitchen knife set, crockery set (dinner and breakfast plate), glasses set, bowl set, small and large chopping board, coffee mug set, pot set, frying pan, spatula set, box with lid, hygiene starter set

You can order the kitchen starter package directly from customer advisor or the property manager on site. Purchase is on account.

In Ernst-Reuter-Haus (old building) and in Keithstraße provides concierge service for your safety. He also takes on other services.

For tenants who do not want to be tied to a telecommunication provider, we offer free Wi-Fi access in all our rental properties.

In our houses, Ernst-Reuter-Haus and Walter-May-Haus, you can organize barbecue parties in the summer months together with your fellow students. The barbecue is very popular. This is why you should register in advance with your responsible property manager on site or with the concierge.

Please take care of your fellow tenants and the neighbors in the area when carrying out your barbecue. Especially after 10 pm, loud conversations and loud music could lead to unnecessary trouble with local residents.

Every house has its own laundry facilities with coin-operated washers and dryers. The laundry room is open and usable 24 hours.
